Job Summary

This role is based at ficonTEC Service GmbH, an established market leader in the automated assembly and testing of optoelectronic and photonic components, crucial for technologies like LiDAR sensors and high-speed data transceivers. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of advanced software solutions for demanding automation projects. Key daily tasks include designing and maintaining software systems in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, analyzing and optimizing existing software, and independently conducting thorough software testing and debugging. You will also contribute to the ongoing evolution of the company’s software architecture and ensure code quality and maintainability. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, possess fundamental knowledge of programming languages, and be proficient in modern software development methodologies. This full-time position offers an unlimited contract and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology for an international client base.
