This role seeks a proactive Technical Project Coordinator and Site Supervisor to provide essential support to the existing team of Masters and Engineers within an established craft business specializing in critical infrastructure like lightning protection, grounding systems, and aviation obstruction lighting. The position offers a dynamic mix of office and field responsibilities. Office duties include technical documentation, such as generating detailed quotes, creating precise drawings, taking measurements, and compiling final inspection reports. In the field, the coordinator will conduct site walk-throughs, manage the instruction and supervision of fitters and installers, and serve as a key point of contact for external clients and contracting authorities. This is a crucial construction management role, covering all aspects of site leadership and technical documentation. The company offers stable, long-term, permanent employment with a work week of approximately 37 hours, serving major industrial and municipal clients.
