This role involves providing critical data-driven insights to the claims organization through robust controlling and analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing profitability and variance analyses, calculating and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing comprehensive dashboard reporting, primarily utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud. You will be responsible for creating reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc evaluations using Analysis for Office to support data-driven management of claims processing. A key strategic component is actively participating in the development of Advanced Analytics capabilities aimed at optimizing claims expenditure. The ideal candidate possesses an economics-related university degree or equivalent professional training, coupled with strong analytical skills and foundational knowledge in operational controlling, ideally within the insurance sector. Success in this position requires entrepreneurial thinking, self-initiative, and the ability to structure complex data into actionable recommendations for management.
