Job Summary

This role is critical for driving the energy transition by implementing innovative IoT technologies and smart platforms within energy supply systems. The Automation Engineer and PLC Programmer will primarily focus on creating complex control programs using the TIA Portal, basing development on P&ID diagrams, circuit plans, and customer specifications. A key responsibility involves developing and testing new library modules in collaboration with the Product Manager, ensuring robust unit and integration testing. Furthermore, the position requires expertise in industrial network planning, including segmenting networks using VLANs and securing them with firewalls, adhering to strict standards like IEC-62443 and NIS2 compliance. Candidates must possess a completed qualification in automation technology and expert-level proficiency in TIA Portal programming. You will also be responsible for configuring industrial PCs, servers, setting up virtual machines using Microsoft Hyper-V, and managing Windows Server operating systems according to project requirements.
