Job Summary

This role is vital for maintaining and enhancing administrative quality across 13 healthcare facilities in Northern Germany (Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, and Lower Saxony). The Regional Quality Management Officer will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and developing administrative processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency within the facilities. Key daily tasks include contributing to the Quality Management System (QMS), advising staff on quality-relevant administrative topics such as billing, data management, and the maintenance of resident and personnel master data. Candidates must possess a commercial background, preferably specialized in the healthcare sector, along with professional experience in quality assurance within the social and healthcare environment.
