Job Summary

This role is centered on providing comprehensive First and Second-Level IT support to end-users within a leading mobility service provider, primarily serving locations in the Münster and Bielefeld regions. Day-to-day tasks include acting as the initial point of contact for technical inquiries, configuring and maintaining the core IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals, and installing new hardware and software to ensure smooth operations. A key responsibility involves actively integrating Cloud and M365 services into the daily workflow and ensuring the implementation of global IT standards across assigned sites. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or a degree in Computer Science, coupled with strong practical knowledge of current Microsoft Client and Server operating systems. The position requires a proactive, team-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the willingness to travel between local branches, offering a dynamic environment focused on continuous development and quick decision-making within a growing company.
