Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Team Leader for Technical Building Services (TGA) to help establish and guide a new team in Offenbach am Main. The core responsibilities involve providing technical expertise, shaping internal processes, and leading complex TGA projects successfully through all service phases, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints. You will coordinate various trades, develop sophisticated technical concepts, review planning documents, and present project outcomes confidently to clients and interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Supply Engineering, Building Technology, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of proven experience in TGA planning or project management. Essential knowledge includes mastery of German regulations such as HOAI and VOB, alongside proficiency in standard TGA and BIM software (e.g., SOLAR, liNear).
