Job Summary
This role involves working as an Engineer or Specialist Planner within an innovative general planning office, focusing on the technical building equipment (TGA) for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and sanitary systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing technical concepts, planning systems using the BIM method, and performing necessary calculations and dimensioning. The specialist will coordinate closely with architects, other planners, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Key tasks also involve preparing tender documents, supporting the awarding of construction contracts, and supervising on-site execution quality, cost adherence, and timelines. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Engineering or a related field and possesses professional experience in planning HVAC and sanitary projects.
