Job Summary

This role is for an International Tax Specialist to join the highly motivated Tax and Group Accounting team within the Bertrandt-Holding, a major development solutions provider for the automotive, aerospace, and engineering industries. The specialist will assume a technical leadership role, focusing on complex national and international corporate taxation matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating income and sales tax issues, managing international transfer pricing, handling the tax implications of corporate restructuring and M&A, and ensuring compliance through the preparation of e-balances and tax returns. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Business Administration with a taxation focus and/or be a certified Tax Consultant, backed by at least five years of professional experience, ideally within an international tax consultancy or corporate tax department.
