This role involves advising mid-sized companies and corporate groups on complex tax matters, ranging from group tax law to international tax regulations. You will be responsible for developing technically sound and economically effective solutions, proactively identifying opportunities in tax structuring, and ensuring sustainable results for clients. A crucial part of the role is providing expert consultation during tax audits, maintaining oversight even in challenging situations. The position requires a qualified Lawyer and/or Certified Tax Advisor with deep expertise in corporate and international tax law. Success hinges on your ability to think entrepreneurially, communicate complex tax relationships clearly, and leverage new technologies and AI for efficient, future-oriented process design.
