Job Summary

This role seeks a Fermentation Engineer to actively shape and execute critical biotechnological processes for producing pharmaceutical active ingredients. The core responsibilities involve conducting fermentation of various cell types (pro- and eukaryotic), including cultivation, harvesting, purification, and cell disruption. A key aspect is the precise operation and calibration of complex biotechnological facilities and measuring systems. The Engineer is also responsible for rigorous GMP-compliant documentation, protocolling all process steps, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in sterile microbiological activities and robust knowledge of fermentation technology. Required Skills

Education
