Job Summary

This role is for a Service Technician specializing in professional radio and communication technology, serving security-critical organizations (BOS) and critical infrastructure clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting system-specific programming on end devices, performing detailed fault diagnosis, and carrying out maintenance and repair of modern communication systems and radio installations. The technician will also provide expert consultation and support to industrial customers and BOS clients (such as Fire Brigade and Police) regarding all aspects of professional radio technology. Key qualifications include a completed technical education in electronics, information technology, or communication technology, along with practical experience in system installation and commissioning. The position requires flexibility, a willingness to travel, and excellent customer interaction skills.
