Job Summary

This senior leadership role requires an experienced Head of EMC Laboratory to lead, optimize, and strategically develop the testing facility for Samvardhana Motherson Reflectec (SMR), a key specialist in automotive rearview systems within the global Motherson Group. The core responsibility involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring complex Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) tests to ensure rigorous compliance with national and international standards (such as CISPR, ISO, and IEC), as well as specific requirements set by automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Day-to-day tasks include managing the laboratory's budget, overseeing investment management, and procuring new measurement and testing technology. Furthermore, the role involves fostering the professional development of the team and acting as the primary technical contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and certification institutions. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with extensive professional experience in EMC testing and proven leadership capabilities.
