Job Summary
This role focuses on maintaining the safety and efficiency of Open Grid Europe's (OGE) critical energy infrastructure, which spans over 12,000 kilometers of pipelines for natural gas, hydrogen, and CO2. The Measurement Technician performs precise LKS/KKS (cathodic corrosion protection) measurements, including under electrical influence, and conducts specialized fault detection within electro-technical and corrosion protection systems. Key tasks involve supporting project coordination, performing corrosion protection condition assessments on pipeline sections and facilities like compressor stations, and evaluating AI-preselected measurement data from the proprietary PipeMon+ monitoring system. Candidates must have completed training as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician and possess, or be close to achieving, a state-certified Technician qualification.
