Job Summary

This role involves leading technical teams and overseeing all technical operations within assigned properties in Frankfurt am Main. Key daily tasks include scheduling team deployments, ensuring rigorous quality assurance across all technical processes, and managing project economics, including strict budget and cost control. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining contractual agreements and acting as the primary point of contact for clients and authorities regarding coordinated facility services. To succeed, candidates must possess a relevant technical background, such as an engineering degree or a Master/Technician qualification, and demonstrate robust professional experience in technical Facility Management. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are mandatory, along with strong organizational talent and proficiency in standard office software. This position offers an attractive salary, 30 days of vacation, and the security of an unlimited contract within a major German service company.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training; or Master/Technician qualification; or University degree in Supply Engineering, General Engineering, or Facility Management.
