Job Summary

The Onsite IT Support Specialist will be a key member of the IT team, responsible for ensuring smooth daily IT operations for end-users at the Steinhagen site. Core responsibilities include the acceptance, analysis, and resolution of IT workstation disruptions, along with the installation, configuration, and deployment of end devices. This role also involves providing technical support for conference room systems and media technology, training users, and managing IT assets and inventory. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration, and solid experience in IT support and using ticketing systems. Strong knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office 365 environments is essential.
