Job Summary

This leadership role involves building and managing the Master Data Management (MDM) Operations team, ensuring the provision of master data meets agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and data quality targets. The Team Lead will coordinate and implement requirements derived from data domains and Global Data Governance, working closely with the Centre of Data Excellence. Key responsibilities include optimizing and developing MDM processes, business rules, and associated systems, as well as collaborating with international group companies to ensure high-quality data delivery and negotiating SLAs. A core part of the job is establishing a service-level support structure to efficiently handle user inquiries and continuously improving processes, rules, and data quality. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant degree in Informatics or Business Administration and extensive professional experience in master data management and team leadership, coupled with strong German and English proficiency.
