Job Summary

This critical leadership role involves steering and managing the global ERP workstream as part of a company-wide ERP transformation, migrating from Microsoft Dynamics AX to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The Lead is responsible for the entire lifecycle, from initial process analysis through to successful global rollout. A key focus is the analysis, optimization, and standardization of ERP-supported business processes across core functional areas including Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics. The position requires deep expertise in business process management methodologies (BPM, BPMN) and proven success in leading complex, international projects. The ideal candidate will leverage excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate closely with specialist departments, IT, and external partners, ensuring a sustainable and harmonized ERP landscape while proactively driving change management across the organization.
