Job Summary

This highly specialized role is centered around advanced architectural documentation, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and digital surveying, with a specific focus on cultural heritage and historical buildings. A critical component is the expert processing of 3D scan data, point clouds, and photogrammetry, particularly using Leica Cyclone 3DR at a Level-Pro standard, to create highly accurate Historical BIM models (HBIM). The specialist will also handle technical 3D modeling for components, generate visualizations using tools like Unreal Engine, and coordinate interfaces with structural engineers, building services, and monument preservation teams.
