Job Summary
This role seeks a competent and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic team within a company specializing in high-precision equipment for semiconductor manufacturing. The core focus is providing seamless 1st and 2nd level support to employees. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining constant communication with staff, managing the full lifecycle of inquiries within the ticketing system, and ensuring meticulous documentation. The specialist will perform precise error analyses and rapidly resolve technical faults, particularly those involving Microsoft technologies such as Windows Clients, Windows 11, Office 365, and mobile devices. A key requirement is a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, coupled with solid experience in utilizing helpdesk systems and strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, solution-focused, and possesses strong communication skills in both German and English.
