Job Summary

This long-term, full-time position as a Mechatronics or Electronics Technician near Fürth offers an excellent opportunity for permanent takeover within a successful, family-run medium-sized company. The core responsibilities involve the autonomous programming, setup, retooling, and operation of advanced selective and wave soldering systems, alongside Flying Probe Tests. A significant part of the role includes maintaining and repairing these complex systems and performing detailed troubleshooting. Candidates will also be responsible for the assembly, mounting, and visual inspection of THT assemblies, executing manual soldering tasks, and meticulously documenting and analyzing error patterns to ensure high quality. Ideal candidates must possess a relevant electrical engineering or mechatronics qualification and bring professional experience in THT assembly processes. Familiarity with flat group manufacturing, soldering processes, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems are required, while IPC and Quality Management knowledge are distinct advantages.
