Job Summary

This role is a critical component of the energy sector, focusing on the maintenance and repair of complex operational equipment in the Cologne area. The Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for executing repair, assembly, maintenance, and upkeep tasks on machinery incorporating electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. A key part of the job involves managing and updating programs and parameter sets within PLC controls, ABB robots, regulators, frequency converters, axis systems, and various electronic components. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as an Electrician, preferably in Automation Technology, coupled with several years of professional experience in maintenance. Experience with Rockwell control and visualization systems is highly desired, and the willingness to work in shifts is required.
