Job Summary

This role is a full-time, permanent position for an Electronics Technician focusing on automation and plant construction in the Radeberg area. The core responsibilities involve the comprehensive testing and quality control of electronic assemblies according to specific instructions. Day-to-day tasks include mounting electronic components, performing detailed troubleshooting and small repairs on flat assemblies (FBG), and managing rework processes. Candidates must possess a minimum of a 2-year technical qualification in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, coupled with practical experience in FBG testing and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Strong soldering and mechanical knowledge, alongside proficiency in handling testing systems, are essential. The position requires a high degree of responsibility, reliability, and the flexibility to work in a 3-shift system, offering above-tariff compensation and a high chance of direct placement.
