Job Summary

Join the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) as a System Coordinator, playing a crucial role in managing and enhancing access control systems within the Facility Management department. You will be instrumental in digitalizing and reorganizing locking systems and access controls at the Kiel campus, working closely with the security team. Key responsibilities include administering infrastructure systems for ID and master data management, access control, timekeeping, and parking management. This position requires a background in IT system electronics, electrical engineering, or a commercial education with an IT or project management focus, coupled with strong technical understanding and IT affinity. You'll also be involved in projecting system expansions and modifications, collaborating with internal departments and external service providers.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT System Electronics or Electrical Engineering (e.g., Information Electronics for Hazard Detection Systems) with planning experience, OR a commercial education (e.g., State-certified Commercial Assistant specializing in Informatics or Office Organization / Project Management)

Experience

  • Experience in planning within IT system electronics or electrical engineering, or in office organization/project management
  • Professional experience with access control systems
  • Experience in collaborating with internal departments and service providers
