Job Summary

This role as a Central Control Systems Engineer at a leading university hospital involves overseeing and maintaining critical central guidance and control technology, including SCADA systems, pneumatic tube systems, and networked electronic locking systems. Day-to-day tasks focus on advanced GLT automation fault analysis, troubleshooting, and performing installations on existing infrastructure. A key responsibility is ensuring strict adherence to data protection regulations and internal KRITIS requirements, alongside managing user accounts and access rights for various IT and access systems. The position also contributes significantly to strategic planning and development of the overall IT architecture, covering hardware, networks, interfaces, and ensuring high system availability and fail-safety.
