Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as an Electronics Test Engineer in Erlangen involves critical quality assurance activities within the production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the documentation and validation of product tests, ensuring compliance with strict GMP/FDA guidelines. Daily tasks include managing and troubleshooting existing test stations for returned and serial products, stabilizing current test programs, and actively supporting process improvements aimed at increasing the First Passed Yield. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, or a Technician qualification paired with relevant professional experience. Essential technical skills include deep knowledge of circuit technology, analog and digital measurement techniques, and hands-on experience with validation and testing technologies for printed circuit boards (PCBs). Strong German language skills are also required to succeed in this innovative and supportive team environment.
