Job Summary

This role involves driving Data Governance programs and initiatives to ensure data management aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements, including GDPR. The manager will be responsible for establishing and expanding the enterprise-wide Data Catalog, actively contributing to the implementation of Data Glossary and Data Lineage systems to create a consistent and traceable data foundation. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing data quality checks and metrics, defining and continuously monitoring corporate KPIs in collaboration with business units, and developing governance policies related to data classification, security, and access rights. The position requires strong project management skills to plan and execute data quality initiatives, technical understanding of database architecture and data modeling, and the ability to conduct training for stakeholders to build internal knowledge on data management practices. This is a critical position focused on ensuring data integrity and promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
