Job Summary
This specialist role focuses on the technical support and maintenance of cash register and payment systems across Aramark's catering facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical support of the POS system, setting up, configuring, and maintaining payment terminals (such as Ingenico), and conducting error analysis for system malfunctions, both remotely and on-site. The specialist acts as the crucial technical interface between operational teams, external partners, and service providers, while also documenting system environments and processes. Ideal candidates should possess experience with POS software and terminal connections, strong IT knowledge covering Windows systems, network technology, and interface communication, along with good proficiency in MS Excel.
