Job Summary

This role involves serving as the central point of contact for the client concerning all project services within Facility Management, specifically supporting the Airbus site in Immenstaad. Day-to-day tasks include the full lifecycle management of subcontractor services, from tendering and awarding contracts to monitoring performance, acceptance, and coordination. The Project Manager is responsible for calculating costs, preparing quotations, and ensuring strict quality and performance control for both internal and external services. A key focus is compliance, including monitoring legal inspection deadlines and managing warranty, defect, and damage claims. Candidates must possess qualifications as a Master Craftsman, Certified Technician in relevant fields (Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, or Refrigeration Technology), or a relevant degree.
