Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Building Services Technician specializing in Electrical, Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) / Automation Technology. The core responsibilities include the installation, commissioning, and programming of automated building control systems, particularly for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). You will be tasked with programming PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), conducting routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and implementing energy optimization solutions by analyzing energy efficiency and reducing consumption. A key focus is the integration of various building systems (e.g., lighting, blinds, HVAC) and safety/fire protection technology into a central management platform. The ideal candidate holds a completed electrical qualification (Electrician, Mechatronics Technician) and possesses practical experience in building automation systems.
