Job Summary

This role involves driving performance optimization and fostering a performance culture within the Industrial Site Donauwörth (EDD) for AIRBUS Helicopters. The Performance Manager will be responsible for comprehensive KPI Management and Reporting, covering personnel (Blue and White Collar) and cost planning, as well as missing parts management. Key activities include optimizing, digitizing, and automating the KPI landscape, developing real-time dashboards, and conducting daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews with stakeholders to highlight trends and bottlenecks. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, or Economics, and possesses professional experience in areas such as aerospace, IT/Information Systems, production planning, and process improvement. Fluency in both German and English is a mandatory requirement, along with proficiency in MS-Office tools. This position is offered through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover by the client.
