Job Summary

This permanent role as an Electrical Technician focuses on the installation, maintenance, and upkeep of critical electrical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve hands-on fault resolution and repair directly at customer sites, requiring strong technical diagnostic skills. The technician will also be responsible for advising customers on technical details and meticulously documenting all completed work steps. A key component of this position is the requirement to participate in on-call duty outside of standard business hours to handle emergency situations. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician or Electronics Technician and demonstrate prior experience in customer service environments. Essential personal attributes include being friendly, communicative, resilient, and capable of working independently. Furthermore, applicants must have a Class B driving license and good German language proficiency (minimum B2 level) to effectively communicate with customers and document work.
