Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Process Advisor within the pharmaceutical industry, focusing heavily on maintaining and reviewing cGMP-compliant operations in the Biberach area. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, evaluating process anomalies during Batch Record Reviews (BRR), and conducting thorough data research for root cause analysis. A critical function is managing deviations, defining corrective measures (CAPAs), and conducting risk analyses and fault investigations. The advisor will also support process monitoring, data evaluation (charts, tables, interpretation), and troubleshooting activities. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Biotechnology, Biopharmacy, or Bioengineering, coupled with conversational fluency in both German and English.
