Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the critical migration project from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA for a dynamic team focused on innovation and technology. The successful candidate will work closely with business departments, executive management, and external partners to ensure project success, data quality, and adherence to timelines and budgets. A key responsibility is establishing a sustainable IT and ERP strategy aligned with corporate objectives, alongside analyzing and optimizing existing SAP-related business processes. This position offers the potential to eventually take on a leading role within the entire IT department. Ideal candidates possess a strong background in SAP project management, deep knowledge of ERP processes, and proficiency in both classic and agile methodologies, coupled with excellent communication skills in German and English.
