Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to lead the electrical department at the Riesa location, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of critical electrical automation and control systems. The Supervisor is responsible for planning and directing the daily activities of E&I technicians, ensuring all preventive maintenance and repairs adhere to the asset management program while prioritizing economy, safety, reliability, and sustainability. Key tasks include participating in the development of operational and capital budgets, overseeing the commissioning and startup of new equipment, and managing inventory of parts and supplies. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong supervisory expertise, and fluency in both English and German, as daily work requires communication in both languages. Preferred qualifications include intermediate project management skills and extensive expertise in programming logic controllers.
