Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Construction Manager specializing in Communications Technology, offering the chance to independently oversee complex projects from start to finish. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous cost monitoring, ensuring timely project completion, and managing both internal staff and external subcontractors. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for drafting documentation, generating proposals, and managing change orders (Nachträge). The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree or vocational qualification in telecommunications engineering and possesses proven experience in personnel leadership.
