Job Summary

This role seeks a Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK) to take on critical entrepreneurial duties for electrical safety within the manufacturing and prototype construction of Lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries in Glauchau. Key responsibilities include creating hazard assessments and detailed work instructions for battery production, ensuring strict compliance with technical rules and standards (such as DGUV and DIN VDE), and acting as the primary contact for electrical safety for production staff. The specialist will also manage comprehensive documentation for initial and recurring inspections of electrical systems, professionally coordinate external contractors, and draft technical specifications for new or modified electrical equipment. The ideal candidate must possess a degree, Master's, or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering and demonstrated professional experience in an industrial setting, coupled with strong motivation, initiative, and a reliable, goal-oriented approach to work.
