Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems within both private and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing control, signaling, and lighting systems, as well as locating and troubleshooting faults in controlled systems like ventilation and gate technology. A core part of the job includes reading circuit diagrams, performing necessary tests on electrical equipment, and conducting regular inspection rounds to report any defects in facilities or buildings. Candidates must possess professional experience in electrical installation and maintenance of electrotechnical systems, coupled with good proficiency in MS Office. Prior knowledge of building system and building control technology is advantageous.
