Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Civil Engineering and Pipeline Construction Manager to oversee and execute complex infrastructure projects in Potsdam. Day-to-day responsibilities involve meticulous planning and monitoring of construction workflows, ensuring both technical excellence and economic viability. The manager will independently coordinate personnel and material resources on site, manage project cost calculations (including offers and working calculations), and negotiate supplementary contracts. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman), possesses foundational knowledge of VOB contract law, and demonstrates proficiency in MS Office and relevant calculation software. Initial experience in construction management within civil engineering and pipeline projects is highly desirable.
