Job Summary
The Data Evaluation Center of the NRW Justice Department is seeking an IT Specialist to manage and evolve technical processes for statistical data analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, evaluating, and analyzing statistical data for the justice system, utilizing Microsoft Analysis Services-Cubes, SQL Server, and various database technologies. Key tasks include maintaining and developing technical processes, ensuring data quality through ETL processes, creating standard reports, and providing conceptual and strategic IT consulting. You will work with diverse data sources, from flat files to Oracle and MySQL databases, and contribute to the modernization of data integration and reporting systems. Required Skills
Education
University of Applied Sciences degree (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or similar
Experience
- Professional experience in a relevant IT field (e.g., IT, Electrical Engineering) or as an IT specialist
- Experience with OLAP data cubes and general database structures, including their creation and maintenance
