The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and implementation of IT projects, including server migrations, firewall changes, and Microsoft 365 integrations. Day-to-day tasks also involve the installation, administration, and maintenance of Windows servers and client systems, along with troubleshooting issues remotely, via phone, or on-site. The position requires a strong focus on customer support, advising clients on IT-related questions, and optimizing their systems, while also collaborating with external service providers.
