Job Summary
This role is for an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist responsible for providing essential first-level support to users. Key responsibilities include managing IT inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and setting up and maintaining workstations, including PCs, printers, and mobile devices. The specialist will also handle mobile device management (MDM), assist with user administration in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and meticulously document support cases and solutions. The ideal candidate will have an IT-related education, some experience in IT support, and possess strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking, coupled with a service-oriented mindset and team spirit.
