Job Summary

This role involves leading a small team in the semiconductor industry, focusing on the setup and commissioning of automated transport systems. The Team Leader will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical assembly of components and systems according to technical drawings, often working under cleanroom conditions. Key daily tasks include conducting initial tests, commissioning, and functional checks until customer acceptance, alongside rigorous documentation of all work steps and test results. Candidates must possess a recognized vocational qualification in electrical engineering, or be an Industrial Master or Technician in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in installing electrical components and systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ensuring team safety and contributing to the definition and implementation of project workflows.
