Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Hardware and Software Engineer to join a strong team near Wuppertal. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of engineering projects, spanning from initial quotation through to final commissioning and occasional on-site support. Day-to-day tasks involve the comprehensive planning and documentation of electrotechnical systems, including creating schematics, P&IDs, and I&C lists. A core responsibility is the development and programming of industrial controls and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications, specifically utilizing Siemens platforms such as S7, TIA Portal, and WinCC. The role requires implementing and validating software solutions according to stringent industry standards like GAMP5. Candidates must possess a relevant degree or training in Electrical Engineering or Automation, coupled with several years of experience in electrical construction and PLC programming. Excellent German (C1-C2) and good English (B2-C1) skills are essential for technical coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
