Job Summary

This role seeks a highly skilled Scientist to act as a Subject Matter Expert, primarily focusing on delivering downstream work packages, troubleshooting, and managing process transfer and life cycle projects within Drug Substance Manufacturing Science. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing critical documentation for regulatory filings and reporting progress to international stakeholders and project teams. Key qualifications include a strong technical and scientific background in downstream processing, particularly with mammalian cell processes, scale-up/scale-down methodologies, and expertise in Design of Experiments (DoE) and statistical approaches. The Scientist will develop and implement concepts across the internal network, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. This position offers the opportunity to drive scientific decisions, promote an innovative team spirit, and utilize excellent technical writing skills in an international setting, with 20% mobile working flexibility available after initial on-site training.
