Job Summary

This role involves supporting the development and optimization of cosmetic products, focusing primarily on skin and body care within a family-run cosmetics company in Wertheim am Main. The R&D Associate will be responsible for executing and documenting laboratory experiments, preparing sample and trial formulations, and conducting stability and application tests. A crucial part of the job is maintaining raw material data, laboratory journals, and product data necessary for proper declaration according to the Cosmetics Regulation (INCI). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Product Management, and Marketing teams, and assist in scaling laboratory formulations for production.
