Job Summary

This position seeks a dedicated Civil Engineer specializing in infrastructure and underground construction to manage complex federal building projects in Berlin. The role involves comprehensive project leadership, overseeing planning, tendering, and construction execution, particularly focusing on maintenance, water supply, and sewage disposal systems. Day-to-day duties include managing external engineering firms, coordinating necessary expert reports (e.g., ground protection, soil investigation), and providing expert construction advice to clients and project teams regarding civil and infrastructure engineering issues. Candidates must hold a university degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diplom) in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in road construction, supply/disposal, or construction operations. Practical experience in bidding, site supervision, and contract management is highly beneficial.
