Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and organizational management of a 7-person team supporting local IT services across multiple clinic locations within the ATOS Group, a leading orthopedic healthcare provider. The Team Lead acts as the crucial link between central IT and local services, coordinating projects, establishing standards, and prioritizing IT initiatives in collaboration with site IT managers. Key responsibilities include managing Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, building a knowledge base for decentralized software, and performing independent IT administration tasks. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field, possesses proven experience leading teams and complex IT projects, and is proficient in Network, Security, Firewall, Proxy, Cloud Services (IaaS/SaaS/FaaS), Workplace, Server, and Telephony administration.
