Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Production Supervisor specializing in Electrical or Mechatronics systems to join a leading, family-owned technology pioneer in the HVAC industry based in Lingen (Ems). The core responsibilities include ensuring the efficient organization and planning of manufacturing processes, leading and motivating the production team, and continuously coordinating process improvements. The ideal candidate must possess or be close to completing their qualification as an Industrial Master Craftsman (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering) or a related Technician degree, demonstrating a strong readiness for leadership responsibility and an affinity for digital work methods.
