Job Summary

This role seeks a BIM Coordinator focused on Building Services Engineering (TGA/MEP) to drive the coordination and implementation of BIM processes in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and optimizing BIM projects, ensuring the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of BIM models. Daily tasks involve close collaboration with internal and external project stakeholders, specialized planners, and constructors to guarantee optimal project execution. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of BIM standards and guidelines, often participating in BIM working groups. Key requirements include a completed degree in Supply Engineering, Building Technology, or Civil Engineering, combined with several years of relevant professional experience. Deep, practical knowledge of BIM tools, particularly Revit and common integrations like LINEAR and ALPI, is essential.
